Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder engagement is a collaborative decision-making process that guides policies that are based on the needs and expectations of persons that support and/or benefit from an organization. Stakeholder engagement activities in the Office of Childhood (OOC) may include conference calls, virtual, or in-person meetings.
To be considered a stakeholder event, there must be two or more individuals involved in the event (staff from the Office of Childhood are not included in this count).
