If we have a records request and we have reported a student as a transfer but they are never picked up, do we have to change their June Enrollment record to reflect a dropout, even with a transfer request in their record?

I had a student that attended preschool last year and then didn't show up for kindergarten this year. I do not know if this student is attending anywhere now. Would I need to drop this student?

How many days does a student need to be absent before we can drop them?

Do we count students absent on the first day of school before we drop them?
