Should I report a full-time substitute who is not the teacher of record?

What staff is reported in October?

We have a high school principal that also is Transportation Director. What course code and position code should we use for Transportation Director?

Since districts will no longer be required to report professional development, do we still need to collect that data?

If a staff member changes positions, do the years of experience change? Example: Teacher - then Director - then Principal - now Asst. Supt. Would this individual have just one year of experience for the Asst. Supt. position? And if that is the case, then do I need to go back and change all the prior years to match their positions?

In the June Course Completion, there cannot be any end dates on course assignments, so if you have a teacher leave mid-year, you would need to add an end date for them in October and then update that course to reflect the new teacher so that the Student Assignment file and Course Completion file match, correct?
