Child Care Data System
The Child Care Data System (CCDS) is live! This new system is currently available for families to apply for child care assistance. It is expected to open to child care providers in January 2024.
The CCDS is a web-based system for eligible parents to apply for child care assistance and for providers to complete the contract and payment processes.
The new system is available 24/7 for users who have set up an account to access the system, as long as their security clearance permits access to the information. The system allows users (e.g., parents, providers, state employees) to enter, edit, and view information in near real-time.
The child care call center is also live. Call 573-415-8605 for questions regarding use of the new system, subsidy eligibility, agreements, and payments.
